Summer in Oregon

We plan to be in Gold Hill from mid June through the end of October.
We will post exact dates on this page as they become available.
Over the past fall and winter the boys rebuilt the fifty year old decks.
We went
with Port Orford cedar which does not require any sealing or other
treatment. You just pressure wash it every year. When Jeff and Stacey
went out for a weeks vacation they were kind enough to send us some
photos of the new decks. They report that the decks are beautiful and
the cedar aroma is wonderful. I guess this means new patio furniture and
perhaps a new gas grill. I think that we will live on the new decks this
summer.
